- Account Information: Name, business email, restaurant location details.
- Operational Data: POS transaction data, ingredient prices from scanned invoices, labor hours.
- Guest Data: Name, phone numbers, and visit frequency for CRM automations (processed on your behalf).
2. How We Use Information
- AI Analysis: To calculate menu margins and labor yield.
- Automations: To trigger guest win-back or birthday campaigns via your connected integrations.
- Improvements: To improve our AI models' accuracy in scanning invoices and predicting waste.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal or restaurant data to third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to provide the platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, OpenAI for invoice analysis, Resend for emails).
4. Data Security
We implement enterprise-grade encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Access to your restaurant's data is strictly controlled via Supabase RLS policies.
5. Your Choices
You can export your data at any time via the Reports tab. If you wish to delete your account and all associated operational data, please contact javi@tapygo.com.
