1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LogicChefjs (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a restaurant or hospitality group, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

LogicChefjs provides an AI-powered operating system for restaurants, including but not limited to inventory management, labor pulse tracking, menu engineering matrix, and guest CRM automations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Fees: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
• Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the agreed subscription rate.
• Price Lock: Early adopter "Price Locks" remain valid as long as the subscription is kept active without interruption.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform (POS data, invoices, guest lists). LogicChefjs is granted a license to process this data to provide the service and generate anonymous, aggregated industry benchmarks.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform for any illegal purpose, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the service without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LogicChefjs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
